The Fun Forge Rental Agreement

This Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between The Fun Forge (“Company”) and the undersigned Renter (“Renter”) for the temporary rental of party equipment.

1. Rental Items & Responsibilities

The Renter agrees to return all rented items in the same condition in which they were received. The Renter is fully responsible for:

• Any loss, theft, or damage to rented items during the rental period.
• Reimbursement of replacement costs for any missing or damaged equipment, as determined by The Fun Forge.

2. Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking confirmation.
• The remaining balance is due no later than 72 hours before the scheduled rental period begins.
• Failure to pay the balance in full by the deadline may result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the deposit.

3. Late Returns / Pickup Issues

• If rented items are returned late or are not available for pickup at the agreed-upon time, a $50 late fee will be assessed.
• Additional fees may apply for extended delays or repeat offenses.

4. Delivery & Pickup Policy

• Pickup is free at the designated location.
• Delivery and pickup within 10 miles of Bowling Green is available for $25.
• For locations beyond 10 miles, a custom quote will be provided and must be confirmed prior to booking.
• Renter agrees to be present or ensure access during the scheduled delivery and pickup windows.

5. Weather & Outdoor Use Disclaimer

Renter acknowledges that some items may be sensitive to weather conditions. Equipment must be protected from rain, moisture, and high winds. Renter is responsible for any weather-related damage due to improper storage or use.

6. Use at Own Risk

Renter assumes all risks associated with use of the rented equipment. The Fun Forge is not responsible for injury or property damage resulting from misuse, improper setup, or failure to follow safety guidelines.

7. Photos and Media Release

Renter grants The Fun Forge permission to use photos of rental setups or events (if shared or publicly posted) for marketing and promotional purposes, unless the renter opts out in writing.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the rental date are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the rental date will forfeit the 50% deposit.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 72 hours of the event.
